Story Map Idea

Use poster board and pieces of construction paper. Cut to fit each element. Put it all together and LAMINATE. Use post-it notes to re-use for each story.

Beginning a New School Year

I'm not too terribly creative when it comes to making *cutesy* items, but I am the most organized person I know. I am going to TRY to add some of my newest organizational forms.

This is my weekly log. I print a new one each week to help me stay organized. The "Returns" boxes are used for any forms, homework, etc. that are turned in that week. The "Extra Starbucks" column is my way of tracking how many incentive tokens each child earned during the week. The Monday-Friday columns are used to track how many tallies each student earned that day. (One tally equals one minute off of recess.) When I am finished with this paper, I file it with my lesson plans and newsletter from the week in a three ring binder.
